SmartAlert Limited “No Risk” Guarantee
We warrant that if, within two (2) years from the date of installation of the SmartAlert unit,
the Purchaser’s vehicle is stolen and Inilex is unable to provide a location of the vehicle
to police within twenty-four hours from the time that we are notified of the theft by the
subscriber, Inilex, Inc. will pay you an amount equal to the purchase price paid for your
SmartAlert product, up to a maximum of $799 for the base level Stolen Vehicle Recovery
(SVR) only unit and $999 for units purchased with a minimum of 1 year of Advantage
features. For purposes of this warranty, the price paid does not include any finance,
lease, tax or other charges, including dealer installation charges. This one-time payment
of an amount equal to the purchase price of the SmartAlert product described above shall
be the complete and final remedy available to the purchaser in the event of non-recovery
of your vehicle. In connection with any claim under the Limited No Risk Guarantee it is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide
(i) dated/time stamped proof of report of theft from the appropriate law enforcement agency; (ii) dated proof of purchase of the SmartAlert product.
SmartAlert Limited Parts and Labor Warranty
Ford Licensed Accessory Limited Warranty. Ford Licensed Accessories (FLA) sold and installed by a Ford, Lincoln or Mercury Dealer are quality
aftermarket accessories that are engineered, tested and produced by their respective manufacturer. As such, all FLA are warranted by the accessory manufacturer’s warranty rather than by Ford Motor Company or individual Dealers. Inilex, Inc. warrants SmartAlert equipment to be free from defects
in material and/or workmanship under normal use beginning at the time of installation for a minimum of one year and continuing throughout the
bumper-to-bumper limited warranty period when installed on new or pre-owned Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles. Inilex’s responsibility is only
to replace or repair the SmartAlert equipment and not for any additional payment, regardless of the nature. For a period of ninety (90) days after
installation, Inilex will provide labor reimbursement, based on approved labor times and costs, to repair or replace any part of the system which
proves to be defective in material or workmanship.

Lifetime Protection Plan
This Plan enhances your SmartAlert product by extending your Limited “No Risk” Recovery Warranty and Limited Parts and Labor Warranty for as long

An additional 5-year warranty that guarantees up to $2,500 for your reimbursable expenses if your vehicle is stolen and not recovered within 30 days
from the date of theft or reported theft or is deemed a total loss due to theft. In addition, you could receive up to $2,500 toward the purchase of a
replacement vehicle from the dealer where you originally purchased the vehicle. The SkyWay 5000 Theft Guarantee is only available for Private Use
vehicles, not for commercial vehicles or vehicles used for business.
