SkyWay Limited Warranty
Limited Parts and Labor Warranty — We warrant that if the skyway unit which is installed in your vehicle (exclusive of the back-up battery system) proves to be defective in material or workmanship within one (1) year from the date of installation we will, at our option, either replace such skyway product or products, or will provide without charge the labor and the parts necessary to remedy any such defects at a skyway authorized installer. Skyway’s responsibility is only to replace or repair the skyway products and not for any additional payment, regardless of the nature. For a period of ninety (90) days after installation, skyway will provide parts and labor or service to repair or replace any part of the backup battery system which proves to be defective in material or workmanship.
2-Year “No Risk” Money Back Guarantee – Inilex, Inc. warrants that if, within two (2) years from the date of installation of the SkyWay or SmartAlert unit, the Purchaser’s vehicle is stolen and not recovered within twenty-four hours from the time that we are notified of the theft by the subscriber, Inilex, Inc. will pay you an amount equal to the purchase price paid for your SkyWay or SmartAlert unit, up to a maximum of $799 for the base level Stolen Vehicle Recovery (SVR) only unit and $999 for units purchased with a minimum of 1 year of Advantage features. For purposes of this warranty, the price paid does not include any finance, lease, tax or other charges, including dealer installation charges. This one-time payment of an amount equal to the purchase price of SkyWay or SmartAlert unit described above shall be the complete and final remedy available to the purchaser in the event of non-recovery of your vehicle. In connection with any claim under the Limited No Risk Guarantee it is the responsibility of the purchaser to (i) notify us of the vehicle theft within 2 hours of notice of missing vehicle or of filing a theft report with law enforcement, whichever occurs first; and (ii) provide us with a dated/time stamped theft report filed with the appropriate law enforcement agency; and (iii) provide us with a dated proof of purchase of the SkyWay or SmartAlert unit. If your vehicle becomes under the control of law enforcement by actual possession, surveillance or a 3rd party recovery service within the 24 hour period, it will be deemed recovered and no payment will be made under this guarantee.

Lifetime Protection Plan
This Plan enhances your skyway product by extending your Limited “No Risk” Recovery Warranty and Limited Parts and Labor Warranty for as long as you own your vehicle. Read more information, terms, conditions and exclusions of this warranty below
Extended Limited “No Risk” Guarantee – We warrant that if, during the Lifetime Protection Plan Period (after the expiration of the two-year Limited No Risk Guarantee and for so long thereafter as you, the original vehicle owner, continue to own your vehicle) the Purchaser’s vehicle is stolen and Inilex is unable to provide a location of the vehicle to police within twenty-four hours from the time that we are notified of the theft by the subscriber, Inilex, Inc. will pay you an amount equal to the purchase price paid for your skyway or SmartAlert product, up to a maximum of $799 for the base level Stolen Vehicle Recovery (SVR) only unit and $999 for units purchased with a minimum of 1 year of Advantage features. Extended Parts and Labor Warranty- we warrant that if the SkyWay unit installed in your vehicle proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the Lifetime Protection Warranty Period, (after the expiration of the two-year Limited parts and Labor Warranty and for so long thereafter as you, the original vehicle owner, continue to own your vehicle), we will, at our option, either replace the unit, or provide without charge the labor and parts necessary to remedy such defect at an authorized SkyWay Dealer. Skyway’s responsibility is only to replace or repair the SkyWay product and not for any additional payment, regardless of the nature.
SkyWay 5000 Guarantee
An additional 5-year warranty that guarantees up to $2,500 for your reimbursable expenses if your vehicle is stolen and not recovered within 30 days from the date of theft or reported theft or is deemed a total loss due to theft. In addition, you could receive up to $2,500 toward the purchase of a replacement vehicle from the dealer where you originally purchased the vehicle.
